Class Description: This class will examine the ideas, arguments, and insights C.S. Lewis wove into his fiction and non-fiction writings in order to understand why he was one of most important Christian minds in the 20th century. C.S. Lewis Signature Classics is a collection of his writings and includes the readings for the course in one volume. You can also buy a copy the first night of class at Lake Forest.

Meet your faculty member: Mike Woodruff is the chairman of the board for Lakelight Institute. He has served as the Senior Pastor at Christ Church since 2002. Prior to this he was a college pastor (’85-92), a management consultant (’92-99) and an associate pastor (‘99-02). Mike has published more than 200 articles and written and edited ten books. He has degrees from DePauw University and Trinity International University.
