Ben Dockery | Executive Director
Ben Dockery is the Executive Director at Lakelight. He previously served as Campus Pastor at the Christ Church Lake Forest. Prior to that, he worked at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School as the Assoc VP of Enrollment Development. He has also served as the Dir of Admissions & Strategic Initiatives at Southern Seminary. From 2009-2015, he served as the pastor of Vine Street Baptist Church.
Ben and his wife, Julie, have been married 16 years and have three daughters. When not with them, you can find him frequenting a great food joint, running off all those calories, or watching his Alabama Crimson Tide.
He is a graduate of Union University (BA) and Southern Seminary (MDiv, PhD).
Elizabeth Bollmann | Administration
Elizabeth Bollmann provides administrative support for Lakelight Institute. She also works as the Ministry and Communications Coordinator for Christ Church, supporting all four campuses.
Elizabeth and her daughters live in North Chicago and can be found exploring the Lake County Forest Preserves when the temperature are above 40 degrees. Her oldest daughter is active in Young Life Capernaum and the younger two participate in the yearly drama productions at Westlake Christian Academy.
In her downtime, Elizabeth enjoys reading, cross stitch, and collecting old books. Unlike her Lakelight co-workers, she has no vested interest in college football whatsoever.
Glenn Wishnew | Associate Director
Glenn Wishnew serves as the Associate Director. He holds degrees from Wheaton College (BA) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MDiv). In addition to his work at Lakelight, Glenn teaches 8th and 9th graders at North Star Classical Christian School.
Glenn married his best friend Florin in May 2022. They enjoy doing many things together including serving at their church, reading great books, avoiding the gym, and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes win football games, sometimes even against Ben’s Crimson Tide.
